Pop of Color

Lately I have been obsessed with neutrals. I feel every sweater I have bought this season, has been a neutral. I love it because they are able to go with everything! Like pairing this Zara sweater with my J.Crew Coat. This sweater’s material is so cozy, I literally just want to curl up with hot cocoa every time I wear it…okay I want to do that on the daily so doesn’t matter!

I scored this pair of jeans during the Shopbop sale and I love them! I was on the look out for a great pair of regular denim (distressed is all the rage these days!), and these fit the look completely!

Again, I love layering my neutral sweaters with either a pop of color or print. Here I did both! The contrast leaves a fun twist on an otherwise simple outfit!

I’m heading to NYC today! My boyfriend’s sister, Jamel, of Melsy’s Illustrations is moving to set up her studio at the Bryant Park Holiday Shoppes! Until the beginning of January, Jamel will be selling her fashion illustrations there! If you’re a New Yorker, or plan on visiting this Holiday season, try and make your way to Bryant Park! Hundreds of vendors set up and sell beautiful pieces, like Jamel’s illustrations (which make great gifts btw!), and the experience is just magical! We’re going there to set up the next couple of days & make a trip out of it!
