   SPARKLE IN GOLD

My name is Odette Wakim and I am the writer/blogger behind Sparkle In Gold. If you cannot already tell…I am in love with anything that “Sparkles In Gold.” Yes, I mean the glittery gold jewelry,  the golden-esque hues of clothing, and any gold accent there is out there. Being a fashionista, it’s hard not to fall in love with anything that is pretty- and gold. But there’s more to it than that- I love the light of gold the sun shines on us every day, the gold warmth of a smile, and the inner gold Sparkle that is in each and every one of us.

The idea of Sparkle In Gold came to me when I couldn’t see all the good that sparkled around me- at least as much as I should have. I live a healthy lifestyle, have amazing + supportive friends & family, one heck of a boyfriend, and a job that I am really proud of. Yet I still felt there was something missing. Can you guess what it was?

My inner Sparkle was not shining.

As cheesy as it may sound, we all have something within us – I like to call it our “inner gold Sparkle”- that makes us want to continue each beautiful day we are given. Whatever it is that makes you happy- makes your Sparkle shine more- is what you were called to do…and it’s what you should pursue.

Starting a Fashion and Lifestyle blog has given my inner gold Sparkle a chance to shine by sharing everything I love from style, fashion, beauty, healthy habits, and advice.
