Growing up, my mom always made a *big deal* about celebrating every holiday- especially Valentine’s Day. I remember coming home from school with fresh baked cookies, and perfectly wrapped presents for me to open up- little ways to show how much she loved me. Till this day, we still buy each other a little something in appreciation, but these days I love the significance of a handwritten note or card- it’s all about the love people!
