Yes—we offer both Shop Pay Installments and Afterpay at checkout.

Shipping
Flat $6.99 standard shipping on U.S. orders via USPS (additional charges may incur for Pre-Order, Monogram, and In-Stock shipping if more than one of these options are selected). Free shipping on orders $200+.

Order processing is 2–3 business days. If you select UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air, processing is 1 business day. USPS transit is usually 2–5 business days after shipping. Personalized or pre-orders may take longer; expected processing and ship times are stated on the product listing and at checkout.
We primarily ship with USPS (First Class or Priority) for standard $6.99 shipping. Expedited options including UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air are available at checkout. We ship within the United States (including AK/HI and U.S. territories) and support PO Boxes and APO/FPO via USPS. We do not ship internationally.
Most orders ship in one package. If your order includes a pre-order or a monogram, those items may ship separately.
Tracking will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can also check status anytime by logging into My Account. If you don’t see the email, check spam or contact us.
Pre-Orders
Each pre-order lists an estimated ship date on the product page and in your order confirmation. If the date passes and you haven’t received tracking, please email us for an update.
Availability
For each pre-order, we reserve a pre-selected amount with our manufacturer. Once those spots are claimed, the pre-order will show as sold out. We won’t be receiving additional units beyond the amount originally ordered.

Monogram & Personalization
No—once submitted, monograms/personalizations go straight into production and cannot be changed.
Yes—please allow additional processing time for personalized or monogrammed pieces. Estimated processing and ship times are stated on each product listing and at checkout.
Sizing & Care
Our items fit true to size. Check the size chart on each product page or visit our full Sizing Charts. If you’re unsure, email us your child’s height/weight and we’ll be glad to help!
For best results, turn garments inside out and machine wash on gentle with like colors; lay flat or hang to dry. Light steam to remove wrinkles—avoid direct high heat on smocking or appliqués.
Treat stains promptly with a gentle stain remover; test in a hidden spot first. Avoid bleach. Wash darks and lights separately to preserve brightness of pastels and embroidery.
Returns & Exchanges
Please visit our Returns & Exchanges page for instructions. Items should be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. Personalized/monogrammed and final-sale items aren’t eligible.

Gifts
Yes—add a note at checkout if available, or email us with your order number and message and we’ll include it if your order hasn’t shipped.
Payment & Security
We accept major cards and digital wallets at checkout, plus Shop Pay Installments and Afterpay. Options may vary by device or availability.
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable regulations.
