These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Lillie & Lilah website, mobile experiences, and related services (collectively, the “Site”). By visiting the Site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms, including any additional policies referenced here (like our Returns and Privacy policies). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1) Who we are; contact

2) Eligibility & your account
- You must be at least the age of majority in your state or have parental consent to use the Site.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
3) Online store terms
- You may not use the Site or our products for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
- We may refuse or cancel any order for any reason (e.g., suspected fraud, limit quantities per person/household/order, resale orders). If we change or cancel an order, we’ll attempt to notify you via the email/phone/address provided at checkout.
4) General conditions
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason permitted by law.
- Your content (excluding payment card data) may be transferred unencrypted over various networks and may be modified to meet technical requirements of connecting networks/devices. Payment card data is always encrypted during transfer.
- You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Site or Service without our prior written permission.
- Headings are for convenience only and do not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
5) Product info, availability & pricing
- We try to describe items accurately, but mistakes can happen. Colors can vary due to device displays and photography.
- Prices, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice; typographical errors may be corrected at any time.
6) Errors, inaccuracies & omissions
Information on the Site may occasionally contain errors or omissions (e.g., in product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, or availability). We may correct any such issues and change or update information—or cancel orders if information is inaccurate—at any time without prior notice, including after you submit an order, as permitted by law.
7) Preorders & personalization
- Preorders. Estimated ship dates are our best estimates and may change. Orders that include preorder and in-stock items may ship together or separately at our discretion.
- Personalized/monogrammed items. Review spelling/initials carefully; these items are final sale and not eligible for return except for manufacturing defects.
8) Shipping, risk of loss & title
By placing an order, you agree to ensure the selected shipping method, carrier, rates, and any related fees comply with your needs. Title and risk of loss pass to you once the order is delivered to the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed.
9) Returns & exchanges
Please review our Returns policy for timelines, conditions (e.g., unworn items with tags), final-sale exclusions, and how to initiate a return/exchange. Event-specific final sale rules may apply.
10) Promotions, gift cards & price adjustments
- Promo codes must be used within the stated time and terms; limits and exclusions may apply.
- We generally do not offer retroactive price adjustments unless explicitly stated.
- Gift cards are nonrefundable and not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
11) Mobile message service terms and conditions
The Lillie & Lilah mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Lillie & Lilah (“Lillie & Lilah”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Lillie & Lilah’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Lillie & Lilah through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Lillie & Lilah. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18555926322 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Lillie & Lilah mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

12) Acceptable use & user content
- Do not: (a) violate any law; (b) infringe others’ rights; (c) submit unlawful, defamatory, or misleading content; (d) upload malware or attempt to disrupt the Site; (e) scrape or harvest data without permission.
- If you submit reviews, photos, or other content, you grant us a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, and distribute that content in any media for marketing and Site operations (subject to our Privacy policy).
13) User comments, feedback & submissions
You may send us ideas, suggestions, contest entries, proposals, creative content, or other feedback (collectively, “Submissions”), whether or not we requested them. By sharing a Submission, you grant Lillie & Lilah a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute it in any medium. We are not obligated to (a) keep Submissions confidential, (b) compensate you, or (c) respond.
We may—but are not required to—monitor, edit, or remove Submissions we deem unlawful, offensive, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise objectionable, or that violate these Terms.
You agree your Submissions will not violate third-party rights (e.g., copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity), contain unlawful/abusive/obscene material, or include viruses/malware. Do not misrepresent your identity or impersonate others. You are solely responsible for your Submissions and their accuracy; we assume no liability for them.
14) Third-party tools, links & services
We may provide access to third-party tools or link to third-party sites. We don’t control those services and are not responsible for them. Your use of third-party tools/sites is at your own risk and may be governed by additional terms.
15) Intellectual property
All content on the Site (including designs, graphics, logos, photos, and text) is owned by or licensed to Lillie & Lilah and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without prior written permission except as necessary to use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes.
16) Reviews & notice-and-takedown
We may but are not obligated to monitor, edit, or remove user content. If you believe content on the Site infringes your rights, contact info@lillieandlilah.com with details so we can review.
17) Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy policy, which explains what we collect and how we use it. The Site is hosted in the United States; by using the Site, you consent to the transfer of your data to the U.S. in accordance with that policy.
18) Disclaimers; limitation of liability
The Site and all products and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lillie & Lilah disclaims all warranties (express or implied), including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
